An amazing Pub walked in and there was a lovely ambience in this beautiful traditional pub more importantly the staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble. I asked the chap if I could smoke a cigar in the garden and he opened up the gates for us turned all the lights on in the trees which looked amazing, I can highly recommend the Bell inn
Had a fabulous lunch with friends at the Bell Inn. We had booked in advance as there was eight of us. We were greeted, and swiftly shown to our table in the front room. Specials Menu was on a board on the wall. We chose and ordered our meals and drinks. The service was good, I chose the Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, millionaires shortbread, and a diet coke. The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was friendly and helpful. Thank you all for a wonderful Lunch!
Came in for a drink and ended up staying for 3! Was greeted by such a friendly welcoming staff member (Emily) she and another staff member (shay) was kind and amazing with my little boy. We stayed outside, amazing vibes, a play slide etc in the garden for our little one to play on. Also so reasonable! We didn't want to leave as felt so at home there. Deffo gonna be my regular. Loved it so much
Such a wonderfully cozy pub. The smell of wood fires welcome you in and the staff are warm and friendly too. Plenty of seating in two areas, one more for food and the other for having deep and meaningful chats. Nice range of beer.
Not been to the Bell in years until recently, popped in for lunch and a drink about a month ago, service was excellent and the food was too, so good that we've returned several times and not been disappointed, we will continue to visit, the Sunday roasts are Back again Feb 2024 for an update Food was perfect, service was amazing as usual, not been disappointed on any visits. On a side note, there was a young waitress who helped out an elderly customer who had poor vision, she read out the menu for him, nice little touch, such a welcoming place to visit.
Wonderful lunch. Pleasantly surprised. I've been before and had good pub grub, but today we went for the specials and both were delicious. Mum had salmon and I had smoked haddock. So very tasty. Staff were lovely too. Dog friendly also.
Popped in by chance and really glad we did. Staff lovely and friendly and ready to answer questions about the area. Had tuna baguettes with salad and both overflowing with tuna very nice. Sat in the garden with a drink and the pub cat Frank.introduced himself Well worth the drive and will return
Lovely little pub, good for kids and dogs. Nice garden, food was excellent especially the specials menu, ended up going back the next day for Sunday roast. Good value, service was good, staff friendly. Overall highly recommended
